The Cocoon of the Intimate is the entrance to Maison Khôra, and its most accessible side. A cocoon: an enveloping space, woven with care, where you can set down what you carry and let yourself be. You come here to touch the method, the practice and the philosophy of the house by living them a first time — to explore the intimate, encounter, connectedness: the living bond with oneself, with the other, with what is here.
What is lived here is grounded in slowness, presence, play and shared emotion. Bodily, introspective and relational practices — meditation, breath, movement, voice, conscious dialogue, presence to the gaze — guided by an emergent facilitation, adjusted in real time to what is alive in the group. You set down your masks and the roles that hinder, to enter into connection differently: far from social ritual, with nothing to prove.
The intimate, here, names that singular space where you make yourself vulnerable — where the figures you hold out to the world are set down, and what is true in you begins to show. The Cocoon opens that space, within a frame facilitated with care so that vulnerability is safe there. It is this search for a true, shared moment that stands at the very heart of what the house offers.
A three-hour workshop, open to all, with no prerequisites. The journey opens and closes in a circle: attuning the group, returning to the body, the practices of the day — meditation, movement, voice, encounter — then integration. A first experiment in presence and connection.
Thematic courses to deepen, over time, one dimension of the practice: the body, the voice, listening, relationship. A path built session by session, in the trust of a group that has come to know itself.
Circle formats centred on true speech and listening without agenda: saying what is alive, being heard without being corrected. The bond woven through regularity, until it becomes a common fabric.
